Air Fryer Cheeseburger Egg Rolls (Crispy & Cheesy Snack)
A fun twist on classic cheeseburgers — these air fryer egg rolls are crispy on the outside, juicy and cheesy on the inside. Perfect for snacks, parties, or quick cravings!

Ingredients
- 250g ground beef (minced meat)
- 1 small onion (finely chopped)
- 1–2 cloves garlic (minced)
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 1 tsp ketchup
- 1 tsp mustard (optional)
- 6–8 slices cheddar cheese (or shredded cheese)
- 8–10 egg roll wrappers
- 1 egg (for sealing)
- Cooking spray or light oil
Instructions
1. Cook the filling
Heat a pan and cook the ground beef until browned. Add onion, garlic, salt, and pepper. Cook until everything is well mixed and fragrant.
2. Add flavor
Mix in ketchup and mustard. Stir well and cook for another 1–2 minutes. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
3. Assemble egg rolls
Place an egg roll wrapper on a flat surface. Add a spoon of beef mixture and a piece of cheese. Roll tightly and seal edges with beaten egg.
4. Preheat air fryer
Preheat your air fryer to 180°C (350°F) for 3–5 minutes.
5. Air fry
Lightly spray egg rolls with oil and place them in the basket. Cook for 8–10 minutes or until golden and crispy. Flip halfway for even cooking.
